Tree House Rentals
(Rates based on 2 adults) 7% sales tax included
$120 per night (off season) $125 (June26-Sept. 6th) $130 Holidays
Minimum stay is five (5) nights during (June 26 - Sept 6)
Included in Tree House: 3 Beds, 1 sofa bed, 1/2 bathroom, living room, fan, kitchen with stove top,
microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, sink, utensils, eat-in table w/ 5 chairs. Outside deck, picnic table, grill and fire ring.
Additional Adults $20 per night, children (4-17) $5 each
Air Conditioner rental $8 per night

CANCELLATION POLICY: ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A $30 SERVICE FEE.
